Gable Supplier Code of Conduct

At Gable, we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical, legal, and operational standards. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations we require from all suppliers, vendors, and business partners to ensure integrity, sustainability, and accountability across our operations.

1. Ethical Business Practices

Integrity and Compliance: Suppliers must conduct business ethically, adhering to all applicable local, national, and international laws, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering regulations.

Fair Competition: Suppliers must engage in fair business practices, comply with antitrust laws, and avoid conflicts of interest.

Prohibition of Bribery: All forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, and fraud are strictly prohibited.

Accurate Records: Suppliers must maintain accurate and transparent records of their financial transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and reporting standards.

2. Human Rights and Labor Standards

No Forced or Child Labor: Suppliers shall not engage in or tolerate the use of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking under any circumstances.

Safe and Respectful Workplaces: Suppliers must provide a workplace free of harassment, abuse, and discrimination, ensuring equal opportunity for all.

Wages and Working Hours: Suppliers must pay fair wages, ensure lawful working hours, and comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Freedom of Association: Suppliers shall respect workers' rights to freely associate, organize, and collectively bargain.

3. Workplace Health and Safety
Safe Work Environments: Suppliers must provide a clean, safe, and healthy workplace, identifying and mitigating safety hazards and risks.

Emergency Preparedness: Implement procedures and training for handling emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and natural disasters.

Health Protections: Suppliers should adopt health measures to protect employees’ well-being, particularly in hazardous or high-risk environments.

4. Environmental Responsibility
Sustainable Practices: Suppliers must minimize their environmental impact by reducing energy consumption, waste, and emissions.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all applicable environmental laws and regulations and implement responsible resource management practices.

Climate Awareness: Suppliers are encouraged to adopt strategies that contribute to broader sustainability and climate change initiatives.

5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Promote Diversity: Suppliers must foster diversity and inclusion within their workforce, offering equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Inclusive Practices: Promote an inclusive work culture where all individuals are respected and valued.

6. Data Privacy and Security
Protection of Data: Suppliers must safeguard Gable’s confidential, proprietary, and customer information, adhering to data privacy laws and cybersecurity best practices.

Cybersecurity Standards: Suppliers must implement strong technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss.

7. Trade Compliance and Accountability
Legal Adherence: Suppliers must comply with all applicable trade controls, export/import regulations, and economic sanctions.

Self-Monitoring: Suppliers should actively review their compliance with this Code and ensure their own suppliers uphold similar standards.

Cooperation and Audits: Suppliers must cooperate with Gable’s reasonable audits or assessments to verify compliance.

8. Reporting Violations and Accountability
Whistleblower Protection: Suppliers must provide mechanisms for employees to report violations confidentially and without retaliation.

Prompt Reporting: Any violations of this Code of Conduct, or unethical behavior that impacts Gable, must be reported promptly to Gable.

By adhering to this Supplier Code of Conduct, suppliers contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and responsibility. Gable expects all suppliers and their subcontractors to comply with these standards, fostering ethical practices that benefit businesses, employees, and communities.
