Summary
Using Gable’s own data, we identified cities where employees use flex spaces the most, the types of workspaces they book the most, and the average cost of these spaces for companies.
We supplemented our data with the latest figures from reputable sources such as Gensler, Gallup, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and others, to give Workplace, Real Estate, and People leaders an insight into how other companies are using flex spaces to provide employees with equitable workplace experiences and much-needed flexibility, while staying cost-effective.
