Host acknowledges that when accessing and using the Platform: (i) it will be exposed to Content from a variety of other users, and that Company is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or Intellectual Property Rights of, or relating to, such Content; and (ii) Host may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Host hereby irrevocably waives any legal or equitable rights or remedies it may have against Company with respect to (i) and (ii) in this paragraph.

7.2.      No Obligation by Company. Company has no obligation to accept, display, review or maintain any of Host's Host Content.
