Privacy Policy for Prioritization GPT – ClickUp Integration
What the GPT sends to ClickUp
When you ask this GPT to retrieve your backlog, it sends the following information to the ClickUp API:The List ID you provide (so the GPT knows which list to query).Any query parameters you specify, such as task status filters, pagination settings, or whether to include subtasks and custom fields.Your ClickUp API key, stored securely in the GPT’s Action configuration, is used to authenticate these requests.
What the GPT receives from ClickUp
The ClickUp API responds with task data from the specified list, which may include:Task titles, descriptions, statuses, priorities, assignees, time estimates, custom field values, and other metadata associated with your list items.
How this information is used
The GPT uses the retrieved task data solely to perform prioritization and scoring inside your active GPT session. This may involve applying frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or Value vs. Effort to rank your backlog items.
Data storage
The GPT does not store any ClickUp data outside your session. All processing is ephemeral and occurs only within the active conversation. No task data, list IDs, or API keys are stored in any persistent database by the GPT.
How to revoke access
You can revoke the GPT’s access to your ClickUp account at any time by:Removing or regenerating your ClickUp API token in ClickUp → Settings → Apps → API Token.Removing the API key from the GPT’s Configure → Actions → Authentication settings.
